Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester were great because Connor was very approachable and allowed me to take my time. He could see that I was anxious buying a new car and talked me through options without being overwhelming. The test drive was great and Connor helped find and sort the different functions of the car. It was great to see my whole family being treated so well during the process and my son was over the moon to reveal the car in the showroom when we came to collect. We were really happy with the all-round service we received and the attention to the little details.
